This firm has done a fantastic job of my roof. Ross is very polite and takes pride in his work and it shows in his finished work. Good clean team, they clean as they go and when finished. Ross gets top marks from me. He saved me from going mad from a rouge trader called LLHI

Once they assessed the job the quote came through quickly and the job itself was done within the week. The team were very professional, the job done efficiently and they tidied the site once finished. Overall very pleased with them.

Ross came round to price the job and completed the work the same day. No pushy sale, great price and a top job. Defintely recommend.

I chose Ross because of his professional approach when he came to assess the job - he got up into the two lofts, both with very small hatches, to investigate and explain the problems. He promptly submitted a written quote which we felt was very reasonable in view of the work involved and we were delighted that he was able to complete the job, quickly and efficiently, with no disruption and absolutely no mess left behind. He and his partner were also incredibly quiet which I'm sure the neighbours appreciated. Ours is an old house with an old roof and I hope Ross will be willing to come back if and when we have further problems. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you Ross.

They got the job by spotting a hole in the roof the other company had missed. Did the job despite my not being able to be on site, rang me to see if I wanted lath-and-plaster to match existing or wood. I chose wood, and you'd have to look hard to see the difference. Good work!

Ross gave good sound advice, organised scaffolding at a better rate than I could, arrived on site and completed the job on time. excellent result.

Ross did an excellent job. He arranged to do the work within a few days of my accepting his quote and he arrived as arranged on the date we agreed. The work was done very well and he even unblocked a down pipe, free of charge, that I thought needed replacing - so saving me some money. I was impressed with his professionalism and I hardly knew they were there, they were so efficient and respectful. I can recommend this company and will be using them again for future work.

Ross was very polite and helpful with his advice, and he was very good to deal with. Unfortunately the job I requested did not go ahead, due to other circumstances, but this is not a comment on Ross's work.
