Spotless Property Management and Cleaning services reviews (60)

Work went great provided a great service from start to finish reboarding the ceiling and walls for the living / kitchen open plan

Had a full reboard & skim of my bathroom. The job was taken on short notice and I'm so pleased with the quality of the work. Good communication throughout the process and didn't leave any mess behind. The team turned up on time and just got on with it. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give more stars I would absolutely blown away how professional and dedicated this company is went above and beyond to make having my laminate done was a pleasure having them come down the job and will definitely be using again to have my living room done thanks joe for your dedication on laying my laminate I'm so pleased with my new look 😊 😀

Job done within 7 days guys on site were excellent cleaned up after and took the rubbish, they were professional throughout. Would highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 10 stars, I would!) Jo from Spotless Property Management and Cleaning Services recently completed a bathroom renovation for me, and the results were absolutely spectacular. His attention to detail was flawless, and throughout the project, he encountered several unexpected issues—but each time, he had smart, efficient solutions ready to go. What really stood out was Jo’s dedication and integrity. He went above and beyond, spending the better part of a day fixing a leaking toilet that had been poorly installed by a previous cowboy builder. That wasn’t even part of the job he was hired for, but he took it on without hesitation and made it right. I honestly can’t thank Jo enough. He is professional, skilled, and incredibly thorough. I will absolutely be using his services again with complete confidence that the job will be done to the highest standard. If you need any work done—don’t walk, RUN to this company. You will not be disappointed.

I had a outdated bathroom it was broken the bath didn't work the basin was cracked and the hot tap was leaking and it had carpet. The only thing that worked was the shower and toilet. No one wanted the job until I joined my builders and found Joseph he and his team stepped up and took the job Joseph worked hard on day one he ripped out the old bathroom and installed a toilet so I wasn't left without one. On day two Joseph identified problems with old lead pipes copper pipes that needed changing and waste pipes needed moving even a wall vent that should be replaced just to make it look nice and changed me a fair price for the extra problems and still kept me in budget. Joseph has a fine eye for detail he turned my old outdated bathroom into a modern luxury bathroom and I cannot express how happy I am with my brand new modern bathroom. Joseph is professional and dedicated to the job he takes on and will not leave until the job has been done to the highest standard.

Joe and his team was a pleasure to carry out work on our house all so polite helpful, clean and tidy. Joe kept us well informed on which part of work they was to move onto next, nothing was to much if I was to ask them to do a little extra work as I needed a light putting up in the bedroom and Joe quite happily with no hesitation carried out the job. WOULD IHAVE THESE GUYS BACK AGAIN OMG in a heartbeat I got them on speed dial, the outcome of the job is outstanding absolute perfection 👌 sent everyone photos, thank you Joe and your team🥰💕x

Really happy with Joe and can't remember the other persons name. They worked so hard and even made some repairs to shoddy work done by other builders. Joe went above and beyond and communicated well with me throughout and even offered reassuring words when I felt upset. They left the garden spotless after removing rendering from a wall disposing of all rubble. Currently doing further work so will edit review further once complete.

Joe went above and beyond to get a job finished, top guy who done a great job

From start to finish Josef and the team were brilliant. We’re so happy with the results. Our old, outdated bathroom now looks modern and fresh. It’s exactly what we imagined. Thank you for bringing our vision to life!
