Really happy with Joe and can't remember the other persons name. They worked so hard and even made some repairs to shoddy work done by other builders. Joe went above and beyond and communicated well with me throughout and even offered reassuring words when I felt upset. They left the garden spotless after removing rendering from a wall disposing of all rubble. Currently doing further work so will edit review further once complete.

Josef has done a brilliant job! He completed the work efficiently and with a really good finish, making sure we were happy with the work every step of the way. He talked us through options and explained what needed to be done very well and clearly knows his stuff. He made sure when doing the work that he put down protective material for the carpets and cleaned up after himself when the job was complete. As an added bonus he was polite and a genuinely nice guy to have a chat with. Would 100% recommend him and will certainly be getting back in contact with him for future jobs!

Joe made time to come and do this job when I had already been let down. I'd taken a week off and he realized my position and came to my rescue. The lads that came with him we're all so lovely and respectful. Joe tries his best to make you feel part of a family. All the work was done in the time allocated and to high spec. I am really overjoyed with the finished result. I would not hesitate to employ Joe again or recommend him to other people, something that I do not do lightly. My partner who is a bit of the pedant also thought the job was absolutely spot on. 👍😃 When they were leaving they made everywhere clean and even put items back where they belonged. Where do I start... I was having huge safety problems with my floor in restaurant and Josef came and saved the day! There were a few problems along the way but Josef sorted them and now my floor is perfect and all in time to open on Friday!! I am so relieved I have found Josef from Spotless properties I will be using this company for every project in the future!! 10 star service,
