Just amazing work🤩, Jo! I can tell how much you love what you do, and you truly are a star. Jo went above and beyond, transforming a toilet that was in a very poor state into a beautiful, modern space. I’m so grateful for the care and effort he put into it.

Excellent workmanship – highly recommended! Joe did a fantastic job removing an electric fire and hearth, making the electrics safe, plastering the wall and fitting new skirting boards. The work was quoted at a very fair price and carried out promptly, efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard. Joe is clearly a perfectionist who takes real pride in his work, paying great attention to detail and ensuring everything is finished properly. He was also extremely helpful in offering advice and guidance on some additional work I was planning to tackle myself, which I really appreciated. A genuinely skilled, reliable and professional tradesman. I’m delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to use Joe again. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service – Highly Recommended I would highly recommend Joseph from Spotless Property Management and Cleaning Services. Joseph carried out work on my mum’s kitchen floor after it was damaged by a leak from the upstairs toilet. I live in Reading, Berkshire, while my mum lives in Blackpool, so I was unable to be there myself to oversee the work. I contacted Joseph on Friday, and he came round to see the job by Saturday. He started the work on Monday and completed it within two days, which I was very pleased with. What really stood out for me was Joseph’s communication and professionalism. As I live a long way away, he sent me photos at each stage of the work and kept in regular contact with me by phone. If he found that any additional work was needed, he explained what was required and asked me before carrying out the extra work. He also kept my mum informed throughout the job. She is 79, so this was particularly important to me and gave me great peace of mind.

Joe and his team have been absolutely incredible transforming our bathroom. From the very first time we met Joe and him providing us a quote to daily updates about how our bathroom is coming along while we were away on holiday has been nothing short of incredible. We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom and couldn’t thank Joe and his team more! You guys are stars 🤩!

I cannot recommend Joseph and the team at Spotless highly enough. They completely rescued my new bathroom project after the initial plumbing first-fix was left in a terrible state by a previous contractor. Joseph and his team stepped in, quickly assessed the damage, and efficiently corrected all the previous mistakes to an exceptionally high standard. Beyond fixing the plumbing disaster, they also took care of the plastering and tiling. The bathroom space features some very intricate corners and challenging angles, but the team handled them flawlessly with a highly professional finish. What truly sets Spotless apart is their genuinely customer-centric approach. The level of communication, respect for my home, and the dedicated after-care they provided is something I have never experienced from a building contractor in the UK before.
