    leaking pipe in downstairs bathroom under vanity sink unit.

    after an initial delay...the job was started, the job was a bit more challenging than expected....and also took a lot longer than expected...due to unforeseen circumstances, had to make several trips to a plumbers supply for parts and a new tool, still the job was finished and satisfactory....Patrick and he`s mate were nice guys...Patrick go easy on the mastic in future it gets everywhere.

    Blocked & Overflowing Outside Kitchen Drain

    Patrick and team did a great job. He unblocked the sewage pipe and drains quickly and gave good advice. Highly recommended tradesman.

    Toilet takes a long time to flush

    Very quick response appeared same day quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved at a reasonable price. Even identified a structural issue and resolved it. Highly recommended.

    Leak from under my bath...

    Outstanding service from Patrick... We had a serious leak under the bath that was coming through a downstairs kitchen downlight. He responded within minutes of my job request, arrived the same morning, and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Courteous, highly skilled, and completely reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. 10/10. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
