Gary was brilliant . The job was done very quickly and efficiently. I have already enquired about hiring Gary again in the New year for nore work around the house. He is well priced and I am very happy with the results.

Gary identified the issue with our leaking roof immediately. Unlike another roofer who had said we needed the roof replaced he said it was just condensation that would be resolved by installing felt lap vents. He also replaced a damaged tile not connected to the leak. A very trustworthy and reasonably priced roofer, I will be using him again when required and I can’t recommend him enough to others.

Agreed a price and approximate start date, then the price suddenly shot up due to an error in the quote. Then Gary disappeared and didn't answer phone or emails. Disappointing

Gary has just finished removal of kitchen/dining room wall, moving radiators and filling in door between lounge/dining room (incl plastering and electrics) Although delayed he kept in contact and turned up when he said he would. Reasonable quote and kept up to date with any ‘additional work’. Really good job. Always cleaned up at the end of every day day! Would recommend!

We are so happy with the work Spa Construction did, they did an amazing job! They were polite and professional and they cleaned up after they were done. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Gary gave me such confidence on the phone. He knew exactly what was wanted and even checked the ironing board itself and the fitting before coming I was absolutely delighted. He completed the job efficiently and I would use him again and highly recommend him to anyone Also a pleasure to meet and deal with

Gary’s has a great work ethic, very friendly, professional and hard working. Despite the far from perfect weather for building he always turned up on time and carried on working. I am very pleased indeed with the end result and would recommend employing Gary to carry out your building work.

Gary was very helpful and did a good job with these minor repairs. He explained what he was doing and gave me advice on solving similar problems in the future.
