Rashid from Smooth Heating LTD at short notice inspected my leaking boiler. He advised a new boiler would be required due to age of boiler and cost of new parts. Rashid promply ordered new boiler and installed it a few days later. He arrived on time and completed work without making a mess. Felt like he was here for way too long long for what he needed to do also going through things that wasn’t irrelevant and making it out that we need it sorting straight away for a extra £100 for something that didn’t need doing Also I thought his attitude was rude and abrupt I felt like he wasn’t explain what he was doing until after he had done it And he also said that if he wasn’t happy with this he was going to cut the gas pipes that go into the boilerAnswer from tradesperson:
Customer requested gas safety checks.i did the gas safety check and boiler service.customer’s boiler was unsafe as front cover 4 screws was already undone which I made safe.No co alarm was there no smoke alarm in property all explained to customer. Job done professionally and left the property and boiler safe and secure. I have no idia. What the customer more want!!!!
