    1961 3 bed semi needs total rewire
    I would definitely use Jamie again and recommend him to anyone looking for good quality electrical work.

    EICR Report Lanlord/Agent required, Also consumer unit

    It was important that we hired the right fully qualified electrician for the upgrade of consumer unit, bonding, complete test and EICR certification. The work was very tidy and completed on time. Highly recommended and hope to see Jamie & crew on our next project.

    Full rewire - 3 bed house

    rewire - Victorian 3 bed terrace
    I had more than 10 quotes and I chose Jamie because he was about in middle of the range of prices. I am really happy to have chosen him and his team. I had to re-wire a 3 beds terrace house and he has done a great job. He was always on time and available to finish the job, the materials were very good and he supplied the completion certificate . I really recommend using him for small and big jobs because he is reliable and his work is of a very high standard. I will use him again for my future projects.

    Fit downlighters

    This company charged us over £21.000 to refurbish our house but as soon as things started to go wrong guess what!!!!! no reply to our texts, e-mails or phone calls. We had to hire other trades to put things right. They also did not comply with building regulations.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Well you get one deluded customer from time to time that think running a gas pipe up the side of the house on the outside is against building regs!!! and when it gets stolen its my fault and I should replace it for free !! But hopefully from all my other positive feedback you can see past this customer ....

    Convert single sockets to double & smoke/heat detector

    James did a a very good job in converting existing single sockets to double and upgrading the existing fire alarm system. He was very professional and I would recommend him to others.
