Good job, would recommend. Nice and friendly

Jimmy and his guys did a 1 day job to replace a span of deteriorated membrane on my pitched roof suspected to be the cause of a leak and damp on the inside of the property. From quote through to finished job Jimmy and his team were prompt, courteous and helpful. Job was completed on time and from what I can tell to a high level of quality, though I’m not a roofer. Haven’t seen yet if the repairs have fixed the leak need a big downpour of rain to test out the repair. No reason to think it won’t though. Would recommend Jimmy to anyone.

Great service and workmanship from Smiths Roofing, Jimmy explains everthing clearly, completed extra requests free of charge, ensured we were happy with all aspects of the job, would use again and recommend highly.

Jimmy and is team did an excellent job, identifying the issue at the outset, showing us the extent of the damage and then providing us with the result, all via video calls, enabling us to see clearly the work involved, and the actual condition of the roof.

Jimmy & Creddy have just finished 3 jobs for me (new box gutter in parapet wall, new chimney flaunching and a new membrane and battens in my front roof). What I thought initially was a small problem ended up being a few jobs due to wear and tear of an old house over (a long!) time and they didn't hesitate once to come out and assess things (even on the weekends in the rain!), following up with photos and solutions to the problems we encountered. When carrying out the works they were were always super prompt, reliable and friendly. Hopefully I won't need their help for some time but I will be sure to have them back again!

Unfortunately the leak was too far in to be able to repair it affordably so I'll be replacing the shed but Jimmy's colleague kindly bought some tarps and temporarily waterproofed it for me without any charge and explained the situation. It was above and beyond in terms of service. Very kind of you to do that. Very honest and trustworthy team.

Good job done by two friendly lads. Came when they said they would and cleaned up after. I'd hire them again.

Jimmy managed to fix the problem of the leak in the bathroom which two other roofers had failed to do. It has since rained quite heavily on a few occasions since the work was completed and there has been no water leaking into the bathroom so the problem has definitely been fixed. Thanks Jimmy!

Great roofing work of replacing and repointing bridge tiles, replacing broken tiles and capping the chimney. Jimmy is very polite, honest and so pleasent to deal with. He actually went the extra mile in doing this job. I highly recommend him.
