Stephen came out quickly to look at our boiler after we posted the job. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and explained things in terms that we could understand. He fixed our boiler and also carried out a service on it. He also did some little jobs we wanted doing with the radiators at the same time which was fab. Overall a great experience and would use Stephen again, and he didn't changer a fortune either! Thanks!

Steve was very quick to respond to my post. He gave us a good price and clear explanation of what work he would carry out. He was very flexible with times when we had a delay in the delivery of our Dish washer. Steve was extremely tidy and professional in the way he carried out the work. We are very impressed.

Steve was friendly and very helpful and carried out a number of odd jobs including shower sealant, caulking, putting up a large heavy mirror, blind and some light building work. I contacted Stephen to check a leaky pipe leading to the radiator in my bathroom. He contacted me quickly to arrange a visit to diagnose the problem. There was no call out charge. After identifying the problem, he explained the work that needed carrying out (replacing a section of pipework), what this would involve and when he was available to do the works. He was very reliable and kept me informed at different stages of the process. I was satisfied with the price he charged and the prompt and professional manner in which he worked. Steven was easy to deal with and I would certainly consider him for any future plumbing works or repairs.

Excellent service Fault with gas valve. Replaced up and running next day. Boiler had been installed some 12 years ago by Steve. This is the first part to be replaced and only problem to date. Wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
