Even thought the job created more problems than expected , i.e , connections supplied with taps were not suitable , Stephen took the time to sort it out , a straight forward job it was not , if marks out of ten , 10/10 with no hesitation .

Absolutely fantastic service from Steve, and great communication. Did a wonderful job removing the old gas fire and was more than willing to offer advice on other little jobs we need doing too. Would highly recommend him.

What can I say - I woke up this morning to a cold house and by 2.30 it's all warm and toasty again. Steve called round within a couple of hours and assessed the problem which was the pump. He offered alternatives with regard to replacements and had the part in under an hour. The new pump is in place and all is good. Steve is very personable, clearly intelligent and knows his stuff. I am now wiser as to the workings of my boiler and I've learnt a new word "stoichiometric" combustion. That's where all the fuel is burnt perfectly - no waste - Good Eh? I get the impression Steve has a sound work ethic - he got a good price on the pump and didn't keep the difference! Work was quick, clean and efficient - a fair price and good conversation. Highly recommended.

I hired Steve to remove my old Victorian fireplace from the wall, replace the tiles (as one was missing) and secure it to the wall again. Very impressed with the finished result, fireplace looks great! Steve was very thorough, friendly and was able to fit me in very quickly. He also looked at another job for me while he was here and I will be hiring him to do this also, within the next week. Would highly recommend, extremely happy with the work.

Steve did some work for me recently and I would highly recommend him. He was very thorough and always kept it touch. He also went out of his way to help find the right materials for us. Would be happy to hire Steve again.

Steve completed this job for my sister. Although he had to rearrange appointments a couple of times he always kept in touch and communicated well. He was pleasant and polite. The job was completed as agreed and my sister was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Steve if you want a job doing professionally.

Stephen was reliable, courteous and fair. He was able to fit the job around my own timetable. He did not charge me when he fixed my sink as it turned out only a minor issue - I thought this was a really genuine thing to do.
