Rikki replied within a short period of time. We agreed a time for him to do the work, which he carried out efficiently and competently. I was so impressed that I asked him to replace a faulty radiator which he installed the next day. Once again we agreed a time which he kept promptly, carried out the job in a very workmanlike manner and when the job was completed he took away all the rubbish and waste, which left the place as if no one had been present.
