He was luckily available on the day, to do the boiler service, and arrived when promised. The service was done quickly and for a very competitive price, based on the quotes I got. He identified something a previous guy had broken (without telling me! - thankfully it was just a hinge clip) and explained where to get the part for a future repair. I mentioned that I had a corroded leaky radiator valve, which he said he'd advise to have fixed soon. I asked him if he could quote for that work, and was again happy with the quote. Ahmed happened to have time before his next appointment, and replaced the valve promptly. In all, Ahmed worked efficiently, tidily, with a reassuringly professional manner.
