We our customer had multiple issues with the boiler and he took his time to explain everything and quote us on the best way forward and was open about everything. He has since got out customers boiler working and we are extremely happy with his work and so is the customer. He managed to light the boiler and we have a warm house now. This is despite being told by our service contract provider that we needed a gas valve and ignition sensor.
