In the early process of talking to and hiring Steven I felt confident by his communication and enthusiasm about the job. He also shared many examples of similar jobs, where he had clearly done a cracking job (assuming they were genuine). We were therefore very disappointed in the service and job that Steven did for us, for a number of reasons: 1 - During the installation heavy rubbish and our old fence was dumped into our back neighbours garden, causing us to fall out with them. Additional rubbish was dumped into our side neighbours garden, which broke their BBQ and meant we've had to repay them for the damage. 2 - The job was not completed as expected and some gravel boards didn't get nailed down 3 - Old nails were used 4 - A back fence panel was put up in a way that has lost us nearly a foot of garden 5 - We had a discrepancy between the original quote as in it was meant to include rubbish, but in the end did not Since sharing the above with Steven he has offered to come and resolve some of these issues, to no avail. The job was expensive given that Steven and his helper worked for less than a day, and did not even bother to complete the job.

Steven is brilliant, really nice guy who did a great job at a good price. The standard of work was exceptionally high, very happy to recommend.

Steven arrived punctual for the appointment to give us a quote, and very quickly and professionally assessed the job to be done. He clearly knows fencing very well and gave us a very reasonable quote compared to any of the previous quotes we got. When discussing when he could do the job he was very flexible with the options, offering both weekdays and weekends. On the day Steven turned up on time and very quickly and efficiently got the job done to a very high standard. When discussing the job he also made clear that he guarantees all his jobs and if for any reason we are not happy afterwards, he will come and fix it at no extra cost. Overall we are very happy with both Steven's conduct and the end result and we are very happy to recommend him very highly for any fencing job!

Steven and his colleague have done an amazing job replacing my garden fence. I would highly recommend him to others wanting a reasonably priced, professional and prompt service. From my first contact with Steven to the completion of the work, Steven has been extremely professional, has demonstrated a real commitment to doing the best job he can at a reasonable price and has kept me informed every step of the way. He identified some potential challenges when he first visited my property and discussed with me the various options to address these, explaining the pros, cons and cost of each one. He produced an itemised quote very quickly after his visit. When I was required by a neighbour to change the specification for the new fence, Steven returned to my property the following day to scope the new requirement and quickly produced a revised quote which was again very reasonable given the additional costs that had to be incurred. On the day of the installation, Steven and his colleague arrived when they said they would, worked hard to finish the work in a day and took care to tidy up after themselves and minimise the dirt/dust inside my house. Steven and his colleague’s excellent technical skills, attention to detail and craftsmanship have produced an amazing result. I will definitely hire them again if I need any similar work doing in the future.

Steve did a good job at putting up my fence working with difficult ground. There was some confusion of quotes. Nonetheless - good job.
