Kevin took the job and it was a terrible experience.
1. He cut the tree in a wrong way
2. He then refused to finish off the job, leaving a massive tree in a dangerous state in my neighbourhood.
3. We were left in a position to pay extra 100 pounds for another man to finish the job. As he explained to us that a cherry pick up must be involved now and this would cost us more money.
Overall Kevin gave us lots of excuses- "I did not quote you for the job, was someone else from my business", "I did not order the tree to be cut in this bad way"... etc etc.
At the moment we consider taking Kevin to court on the ground that he carried a work in our property leaving the property in a dangerous state, with tree half cut and ready to fall down over neighbours, properties and houses.
