Customer of Luke J Ware Plastering

I already have a plasterer on the job but I require another to push things a long a bit. I can either do a price or day rate depending on tradesman. Works is at thorpe end norwich
some plastering was substandard and had to be reskimmed by another tradesman. I was informed by luke all it needed was a quick rub down. not what I expected on new plaster work. used bully boy tactics to get paid for the substandard work
Answer from tradesperson:
I appreciate the JNR's comments which, however, are not in keeping with other customers of mine (see pictures). On this occasion the customer was extremely fussy but still paid for the plastering side of things; however, he refused to pay £3,500 from the final payment. JNR was quite happy to pay for work I had done and, as he understood the customer's unreasonable expectations, said he would use me on other jobs. He continued to 'stall' over payment for two months, resulting in a visit in person from myself. They called the Police, who understood my situation and offered to return with me when I went to collect payment. JNR informed me that other tradesmen were also waiting for their invoices to be paid, as the company was insolvent.
