Disappointing, originally hired and came round early Dec, advised part was difficult to come by but would in touch and advised there were alternatives, heard nothing for 8 weeks and had to chase. After a further week advised part not available so I confirmed we'd go ahead with alternative solution, again have heard nothing so have now hired another tradesman who is completing this week. Have rated neutral (rather than negative) as job was never completed.

Steve and Matt did a great job of installing a new boiler, controls and replacing/removing radiators. They battled through the snow to get here and worked solidly for 2 days. Steve gave great advice when he came to view the job, talked me through the installation as it was going on and clearly explained everything about the system once the job was complete. The quote was good and I would definately recommend Steve to friends and family in need of plumbing or heating work.

He was reasonably priced and did a really good job. I was impressed with him.

Steve did an excellent job. Turned up bang on time. If I were you, I would not settle for anything less.

Steve arrived pretty much when he said he would and then did the job for the price he quoted. I don't think that you can ask for more than that the job done on time and too budget.

Steve did an excellent job for me. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would, explained what he would be doing and how long it would take, completed the work without any fuss and sorted all the paperwork before he left. I feel like I got good value for my money.

Understood my requirements. Carried out the work efficiently and quickly. Was very tidy, the new boiler is working very well. Overall we are very impressed and highly recommend to anyone.

Job done on time to my requirements and the agreed budget, so very successful. Didn't leave any mess or anything, showed up when he said he would, returned calls the same day etc.

Stephen, knows his stuff. His quote was low, his work and manner were excellent. I am one very happy customer, he also dealt with problems quickly and discussed any extra work that I asked him to do. His attitude is great and he is friendly. Besides this he also follow health and safety procedures and explained how all of the boiler equipment worked, in a clear and concise way, so that I understood what I needed to do and when in the future. I highly recommend him.
