Amazing :) if i needed my carpets doing again i know who to go to :)

Amazing work done in my property. Jack has fitted a new wooden flooring over 45 sqm in my living room, hallway and bedroom. The quality of the work is impressive, he is a good guy to have in your property even if you cannot be around, he has delivered the work on time and has been very hard working at all time. I can't recommend him enough and I will hire his services again very soon to undertake the work in another bedroom. If you're looking for a genuine professional that knows what he is doing and whom you can trust for this type of work, stop looking. Thanks again for your work Jack, it's been a pleasure and all the best for the future.

I initially came onto mybuilder because I'd seen feedback for someone else I really liked the sound of but due to the way the website works other people can offer their services too. Jenny was an absolute joy to communicate with. Her first 2 messages made it easy to choose Simply Flooring Experts because even before hiring them she was already making great suggestions and gave a well priced quote. Jack was polite and lovely and did a fantastic job. I met Jack when he brought samples and then again when he came to do the floor. I just gave him the keys, we had a quick chat and I went to work leaving him to it. After 2 days work all 3 bedrooms, living room, hallways and 2 flights of stairs were done. I wish everything else in life was that simple. Jack and Jenny are clearly lovely people who I just wanted to hire because they have a wonderful attitude and really care about getting it right. Turn out in the end that we were really lucky that they found us!

Great service, reasonable rates.

Jack did a great job fitting our vinyl floor in the kitchen. His flexibility around my kitchen fitters and then because of my own mistake in ordering too few floor tiles was greatly appreciated. We are very happy with the end result. I certainly have no hestiation in recommending Jack and will be keeping his details for our next project!

Jack and Jenny are a dream team! Where do I start with these guys? I needed an uncompromisable and high quality flooring for my new house - and I needed it cheap! Dream on, said Carpetright! Sorry, said my Builder politely! All the quotes I received (all medium quality materials) were upwards of £5000. This included fittings but my budget was much lower than this. Then I found Simply Flooring Experts through MyBuilder and two months of hard haggling, toing and froing and tolerating my fussiness and 66 emails later, I can happily say choosing Simply Flooring was the best thing I could have done. What started as just the fitting quote ended in a full end to end solution by the Jack and Jenny. And all of those within my budget! These guys bent over backwards to meet my demands, which frankly use to change every other day. Jenny's patience, organizational skills and eye for detail meant we got the best material and design. She helped us with the carpet, Laminate and Vinyl and gave us an unbeatable price (oh and all very high quality). Jack's skills, honesty, timeliness and plain goodliness meant we had nothing to worry about from start to the end. He finished the job on time, as promised and we are super satisfied with his work. If you are looking to get your floors fitted - Simply Flooring are one of the best out there. They are a small, family run business who will whatever they can to help you get your dream flooring done. Highly Recommended!!

Jack and Jenny were an absolute pleasure to deal with - from initiation of the quotation phase up until completion. Jack was very professional and did the job within the agreed timeframe working around our family and left the place clean. He alerted us early enough that he had been delayed and arrived when he said he would. He got on with the job, including moving some large furniture around with no fuss at all. My wife and kids are extremely happy with the carpets and the job done. Both were very pragmatic and understanding especially when I confused 'rip-up' and 'disposal', they even agreed to adjust the disposal price to meet the local council charges. All the confusion came from me not asking the right questions! I would definitely be dealing with them in the future when the need arises and will also recommend them to anyone who will listen. Reasonable job, but had to chase fitter for fitting date

Jack was very neat, clean and tidy, his work was to a high standard and his price was extremely good. Very pleasant guy who wasted no time, would hire Jack again
