Paul was very quick to respond to our enquiry and has been very responsive the entire period of the job. He was very professional and his quote was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone that needs their roof fixed.

I'm always dubious about getting someone in to do work for me but I have got to say Paul was excellent. Turned up when he said he would and the job has been completed. He was clean and very professional to the point he carried on working even when the rain came down just to ensure the roof was water tight and returned the next day to finish off. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Paul and his team are a delight to have on site, polite, cheerful, friendly workers who turn up on time, work hard in all weathers, and are clean and tidy, and as our site is also our home they treated it, and us with the greatest of respect. The roofs of the two buildings look really good. I would happily use Paul and The Roofing Firm again.

Paul gave me the best 'diagnosis' for the leak of all the tradesmen I called round to quote - suggesting solutions that would avoid future problems. He showed me on the roof itself where he thought the issues were. Unlike other tradesman he actually booked the job in when he said he would. I was not able to be there on the day so he took pictures of the finished work and emailed them to me so I could see what he has done. It appears to be a very neat job, with no mess left behind. Also he was so good that next door asked him about doing their roof! He was polite and straightforward to deal with so I felt I was in good hands. The leak is an intermittent one but I feel confident that it won't appear again. Would recommend him to anyone needing to solve a 'difficult to know where it's coming from' roof leak..

The job was a very complicated one and Paul and his team did an excellent job during very bad weather. The area where they were working was left very clean and tidy and all the rubbish was taken away.
