The WOW factor from Steve. It rained on the first day and he was out there working come rain or shine and he worked so hard. Steve, done a fab job on laying my 15ft X 9ft shed base at a great price.I am so happy with Steve @ s.balkin that I would recommend him to anyone as he won't rip you off and will give you a great price for a hard days work. I did offer him a hot drink a few times but he refused as he wanted to crack on with the work to get it done, even when he did have a hot drink, he drank it and told me he must crack on with the work.
