I don't really know where to start about Steve, he is absolutely the best!! He arrived promptly to look at my job and emailed me a well priced quote by the next day. He started the job the following week and was there every morning at 7, he worked like a bloody Trojan and nothing was too much trouble. The standard of his work was very good and he always went out of his way to go above and beyond!! Steve is the first contractor I have used from My Builder, so if they are all as good as him I will certainly use it again. Cheers Steve from Brian and Sharron

Steve has done a fantastic job with our patio. From start to finish Steve has been awesome and we are delighted with the results. Clean, tidy and work completed to the highest standards.

Steve arrived on time and was very helpful with guiding me on what was best to do as I was unsure weather to do one thing or another. Work was completed on time as agreed. Steve was Very clean and tidy with the work and price was very fair. Will definitely recommend.

Steve was fantastic. Other contractors were taking 2 or more days to return with a quote, Steve , came round 30 minutes after I shortlisted him and gave me a quote 20 minutes later. He arrived promptly by 8AM and didn't stop until the job was done. I will definitely be hiring him again

Our patio has just been completed by Steve Balkin, and we are SO impressed, and very glad we hired him! Steve is a very friendly, honest guy, and works extremely hard. His work ethic is flawless, as is his workmanship. He turns up every day, and just gets on with things. We honestly couldn't have asked for better! No wonder he has glowing reviews... do yourself a favour and hire him!

Steve did a great job. I am really pleased and enjoying my new patio. I would definitely recommend him. He was reliable, did the job in the time he said it would take, did it all on his own, left everything clean and tidy when he was finished and charged a very fair price. Job well done, happy with results

We hired Steve to completely make over our garden area. This involved removal of concrete areas which housed a summer house, small seating area, a greenhouse as well as removal of many brick planters. Laying a 20 sq metre patio and flattening and re-turfing the all of the ground, raising our garden from the house with sleepers. Steve did an excellent job - we are very pleased with the results. He turned up early every day, worked through bad weather and finished the job within the time frame we expected. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Steve again on future work.
