    Tiler

    Jacques did an excellent job, his tiling is very good, he got on with the job and overcame any problems that arose, which was brilliant!! he can also do plumbing which is very helpfull. very friendly guy, gave me a really good competitive price and will definately recomend him to my friends and family.

    Plumber needed to fix flusher

    job done temporarily and did not hold - when I reported this to him I was ignored

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I found that the reason the flusher broke was because of a worn out syphon. I informed the client that they will need to replace this. They refused and I told them that the fix won't hold unless the cause of the problem was rectified. After a couple of weeks they phoned and demanded I return free of charge. I cannot go back every few weeks to fix if they don't adhere to reckomendations.

    tiler

    After several dodgy tiling jobs around the house by other builders, finally a tiler who knows what he is doing. Jacques did a great job with our kitchen wall, for the agreed time and price. Will use again and recommend to anyone who needs a tiler.

    tiling a small bathroom floor

    Jacques is a professional and he did the bathroom tiling job to high standards in the time frame agreed. We would definitely hire him again.

    fix up radiator

    I'm very impressed - Jacques arrived promptly and did an efficient job on the radiator, explaining what was required and tidying up afterwards - a very reasonable guy.

    Plumbing a new waste & trap to basin in bathroom

    bathroom refit

    Jacques did an excellent job on my bathroom refit. He turned up on time, created the minimum amount of mess and completed the work to a high standard and on budget. There was additional plastering work that needed to be done which I hadn't forseen but Jacques also organised this for me too. I would definitely recommend him and I am planning on using him again when I ovrhaul my kitchn.

    replacing the cross tap heads in bathroom

    Highly recommended. Jacques is very flexible, prompt, friendly, polite but professional. He did wonders in my bathroom with a tight schedule and budget. I did replace the bath mixer tap with shower and change the toilet seat hinges.The execution was perfect from start to finish. A+++
