Jacques was very professional, did a fantastic job and even though the job took somewhat longer than anticipated, he stuck to his original quote. I would definitely use him again.

Jacque called me initially to talk through my problem and was very helpful in explaining my options and outlining his costs clearly. He was also very patient with me in answering what may seem like stupid questions to people in the trade but very useful questions for us regular no knowledge people. I agreed for Jacques to come and have a look, which he did promptly and on time. He diagnosed the problem and offered me a couple of different fixes. I chose the one i want and Jacque came with me to pick up the parts which he double checked. He fitted everything superbly and im very happy with his work. He made sure i was happy with everything before finishing off and tidying up which he didnt have to do as i was going to mop up anyway but he insisted. Highly recommended and i would definately use Jacques again, Infact i have just had him quote me on a tiling job for my bathroom! Its hard to find good honest tradesmen so you hold onto them when you do find one.

Generally positive feedback. We left Jacques to do the bathroom while we were on holiday and came back broadly happy with it. There were a few little things wrong, e.g. we had pattered tiles fitted and one of these is on upside down on the wall and one of the floor tiles is cut badly, but on the other hand when the floor tiles started popping up, Jacques came round without question to redo them (they are now fine). Some quotes we had were double Jacques', and maybe if we'd gone with those, it might have been 100% perfect but we paid a lot less for 90% perfect which suited us.

Jacques did a Fantastic job and was very professional throughout. His communication and timekeeping was Excellent. He carried out the work quickly and without a doubt Jacques is a very skilled and competent plumber. He was polite, efficient and hard working. I would highly recommend Jacques and SE Plumbing to all.

Jacques came on time and gave me an honest opinion of the job which was to try something else out first before going ahead with what he had suggested which is what we will be doing. Extremely honest and this was very much appreciated. If at a later stage this work needs doing I will be contacting Jacques to carry it out.

I was very pleased with Jacques' work and his quote was the lowest one I received. He knows his trade and explained what was needed. He knows how to source cheap materials. He even managed to repair the extractor fan in my downstairs bathroom that had been giving problems for some time! I would be happy to recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Jacques was extremely helpful and knowledgable and did the job for the quoted price and to our complete satisfaction. We were much impressed and have since asked him to do another job for us.
