Renovating 2 bathrooms - 1 bath 1 shower
Did some great work with the shower room but some finish touches are completely missing.
I was at fault of not ordering enough tiles and we had to wait so some work were postponed and some were not able to finish in the end. However, during the paid days, he just didn't do much and at the end left with a lot of work undone which he could have done (a few pointed out by the builder who later completed what was left) He just need to be more proactive.
Answer from tradesperson:
The client had a whole month to order materials before work was suppose to start(20/6/12) He text me on 22/6 he forgot to order and will start ordering that night. I had to move other booked jobs to accomodate this. Work started on 1/7/12. Materials was delivered in drips and drabs which made it very difficult to the job. By 27/9 we were still waiting for tiles he ordered from ebay china. I lost 4 jobs as I had to move starting dates thanks to his inability to organise. He never contacted me to inform that the tiles actually arrived and this comment is the first I hear of him. I did what i could with what materials was available.
