True to his word, turned up on time. Assessed the situation and gave two alternative solutions. Went with a replacement junction. Bernard went off, bought and fitted it in quick time. Voiced concerns regarding the general state of the ancient supports and how twisted the gutter was and I’m very happy to contact him to come and replace the worn fixings. Bernard was efficient and dealt with the problem effectively. I am very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him for any gutter work. He is also knowledgeable about roofing and without asking put good a couple of roof tiles whilst doing the job. Very reasonable priced and a pleasure to have employed him. I hired this company to undertake a minor job, to repair part of the flashings on a flat roof that was leaking. Lead flashings were installed and the work took about one hour and twenty minutes. I found Bernard to be polite and professional. He was reliable and got on with the job in hand. I would definitely hire second city roofing again and I am cobfident that the leak has been resolved.
