Bernard responded promptly to the job I posted, turned up on time to inspect the damaged area and sent a proper typed estimate by email within a hour. When I accepted the estimate he contacted me straight away to agree a time and date for the work. On the day, he arrived on schedule, documented each stage of the work with photographs and explained exactly what he had done. The cost of the job was extremely reasonable and I was happy to settle the invoice immediately by bank transfer using the details provided. Overall a very good experience indeed!

True to his word, turned up on time. Assessed the situation and gave two alternative solutions. Went with a replacement junction. Bernard went off, bought and fitted it in quick time. Voiced concerns regarding the general state of the ancient supports and how twisted the gutter was and I’m very happy to contact him to come and replace the worn fixings. Bernard was efficient and dealt with the problem effectively. I am very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him for any gutter work. He is also knowledgeable about roofing and without asking put good a couple of roof tiles whilst doing the job. Very reasonable priced and a pleasure to have employed him.
