Steve gave me a very fair quotation. He completed the work over 2 days - just as quoted, and did an excellent job! Steve is an all round hard working, skilled, honest person. He did an excellent job for me and I would highly recommend him - for quality of workmanship, reliability, realistic price and a really good guy. My staircase was bordering dangerous and I thought it would have to be replaced - enclosed on all 3 walls all of which were bricked up. Steve took down a wall in my kitchen having removed a large cupboard first, removed all debris, completely renovated the stairs from underneath, plasterboarded and skimmed the wall and part ceiling that had to be removed. He also plastered the wall where I had removed the stair handrail as he had plaster made up. He put my kitchen cupboards back in place and all I have to do is decorate to make it good again. My stairs are now solid as a rock and safe again - really important for me as my husband is quite disabled through spinal injuries. He left everything clean and tidy before he left and I have already asked him if he will do further work over the forthcoming months. Highly recommend!
