Simon Coll could not have been more helpful. Done exactly what it says on the can. Very professional and made an excellent job of my new soffits/ facias and gutters including a new down pipe and hopper.

5 stars!!! I was extremely impressed with the service that I received from Simon Coll of SC property maintenance. I found him to be prompt, knowledgeable and extremely professional as he took great pride in executing this job. He was able to mend both mine and my neighbours guttering issue. He took time to ensure that it was cleaned out and that amendments were carried out accordingly to rectify the leakage. He meticulously explained what the issue was and how he would rectified it, step by step. He is very professional and is a pleasure to work with. Both myself and my neighbour will be recommending him and will definitely be using him - SC Property Maintenance going forward. An extremely happy customer.

Simon was just brilliant from start to finish, bang on time everyday, clean tidy work, great communication and to top it off a really good price. We had a roof, gutter, fascia clean, Simon replaced some damaged tiles, pointed out issues and made recommendations to stop problems happening again. I can't rate him highly enough! Top man.

I have very happy with the work Simon did repairing my guttering. He was courteous and responsive throughout, he explained what the problem was as the price was as quoted. He has also quoted a reasonable price to repair some lead flashing around my bay windows and identified the cause of a separate leak. Definitely recommended and I will be using him again.
