Easy to get on with. Shay is a clear communicator who is upfront and very professional in his approach. I was impressed with the detail and thoroughness of his approach in understanding the requirement, and pricing up for the job. Received a detailed schedule of works which allowed me to gauge the value in materials and labour so I was happy the quote was fair. Shay did exactly what he said he would in the specified time frame. Happy with the work and happy to recommend.
