Sam and his team did an excellent job in resolving a number of problems with my roof. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard with everything cleared up when they had finished. The team carrying out the work were polite and very hard working

Sam responded quickly to my job request and gave me a quote the same day. He then did the job really fast and has guaranteed it for 5 years.

Very professional, would use again. Gave good advice about it was not just gutterings but felt on roof.

Sam gave a quotation and agreed to do the job but didn’t start until 6 weeks later. After many phone calls he sent someone on a weekend which was very inconvenient. His man did a terrible job on my roof. It was a small roof, first the plaster ceiling were are cracked inside due to him being rough. Then he has done a terrible job on the gutter and facia. Not straight. And instead of weather and rain proof the edges he just put some shady materials which obviously not gonna last long. Sam was shouting and bullying me over the phone. He never came around to check the the faults. I had to pay because he was very aggressive. He has a threatening attitudes towards his clients. Avoid him if you can.

Sam is straightforward, old school tradesman. Turned up when he said he would both to quote and to start the job. Once on the roof the job turned out to be bigger than it seemed but Sam provided photos of any damage. His team were efficient and cracked on with the job. My wife was particularly impressed with their clean up afterwards and you wouldn't know they had been.
