I contacted Same via MyBuilder.com last year to replace my asbestos garage roof, I asked for him to do the job but then could not go ahead due to my circumstances. I explained the circumstances to which Sam was very understanding and polite. Around late June 2019, I re-contacted Sam and he remembered me and the job I had pending. He was happy to carry out the works without hesitation, he was able to fit my job in promptly. His team arrived on the day and started grafting straight away, and later that day Sam arrived on site. A pleasure to meet him. He is open, honest and assuring of the job that is taking place. Sam's team carefully carried out the works, they were professional and competitive on price. Prior to leaving they cleaned up after themselves and left the property surroundings in a very tidy state. I got Sam's guys to get my Fascia, Soffit and Gutter pipes replaced, the job was carried out very well, whilst they were near the roof I explained that quite often we have birds fly into the chimney, so they resolved that too without any additional charge, as well as securing a downpipe at the front of the property. The guys were pleasant and I would call them to another job without hesitation. I use MyBuilder to make sure I get trusted professionals and it has delivered me yet again, hire Sam!

Very efficient when coming to quote and when getting the job done. They even rescheduled my job by a day at my request. I recommend and I would use them again.

After 2 weeks of waiting and twice being to site it took him the day before starting the job to notice the roof had 2 sides to it. Absolute waste of 2 weeks for someone who does roofing but didn’t notice the roof had 2 sides to it.
