When Sam inspected leak with me, we found the ridge tiles were in bad condition and hardly any mortar left in them, on looking at the verges they were just as bad, also 14 roof tiles cracked and needing replacement. I made the decision to have both ridges done with a dry ridge system, all 3 verges with dry verge system, and of course the leak fixed (stack pipe seal gone), Sam sent his men on Saturday due to weather conditions and they did a very professional job including full new ridge tiles. A very quick response from Sam, and I believe it has added value to the house.

Sam came out to look at roof, gave a quote, which I accepted and was able to do the work the next day! He sent me photos of the work in progress and completed the job. It is good to know his work is guaranteed for 5 years and although I am obviously hoping the problem has been fixed, he has made it clear I can call if I have any issues. Am happy with the work and will use this company again.

Sam came round and check the roof and chimney stack pin pointed the repairs that was needed with photos gave a fair quote and time scaled job at about 2 days with 2 men. Came back a couple of days latter pouring with rain, rescheduled for the next day. Arrived next day with 3 men completed the job in one day, charged as quote. Polite and professional

Repair to chimney flashing, good price, quick and efficient

SS roofing carried our repairs to the roof of our commercial property in double quick time - as the weather forecast was not very good. The roof is very high and steep and the property is over 100 years old, so it was quite a challenge. We were concerned about disruption to our business. The team came and carried out all repairs in quick time, as promised they reviewed the whole roof and even fixed other matters as they found them. I am happpy to pay for good quick service and this was the case with Sam's team who stayed late so the roof would be fixed before the bad weather set in.
