I had my soffits and cladding replaced with upvc as the old wooden ones were not fit for purpose. Sam and his team were brilliant. They completed the work to a really high standard and they were extremely clean and tidy. All three people that I met were polite and friendly. Sam quoted me on Friday, his team arrived early Monday mornings and sealed all four valleys on our bungalow roof. Not only was the roof sealed but the work appears to be of good quality and the workmen cleaned up and left the area tidy. Labourer on site available if required. Job needs doing next week....if you cant do it next week dont contact me. On going work for the right person(s)
Sam came to look at the job straight away and started work a day earlier than planned due to the bank holiday weekend getting in the way. The lads he sent were polite, hardworking and trustworthy. They got the job done without any trouble and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. I will definitely be using them again on future projects. Very responsive to request. Offered ten year guarantee and did the job promptly and well. They checked all the gutters for faults and fixed the main problems we had by removing parts of the guttering and replacing parts. They have also repaired the slates on the roof of bin store, as well as the repointing (some was missed initially, but they came back and fixed at the weekend), and have fixed two slates from the back roof over the conservatory. Hired Sam through Mybuilder for some roof repairs (missing slates, re-pointing ridge tiles, changing soak-aways, chimney repair). Only posted the job 11th March, visited for a quote 2 days later and job completed 2 days after that! Been trying to track down source of damp for months and Sam pinpointed it straight away. Nice tidy workmanship, price as per quote and no hassle.
