This is a complete pack of lies. Firstly, this clients "hotel" is called Regent Guesthouse Burnley - it does NOT house homeless people - it actually houses sex offenders and paedophiles on release from prison, I was very uncomfortable working in this environment and very annoyed that the client did not inform me about the nature of his "guests" this until I got there on the day of job. On advice from the client - I had to lock my tools away in a cupboard whilst working so they weren't stolen by his "guests" and they also harassed me whilst I was working. The second untruth is that the installation did not work - The TV aerials were setup in 8 rooms - 5 of these rooms all worked fine but due to the very old second hand TVs that he has supplied in 3 of the rooms (due to constant thefts of new TVs by his own "guests") they weren't compatible with the latest Freeview digital signal. I DID go back to try and recitify this and proved that when a new TV was plugged through the same aerial cable that it worked perfectly fine and the client saw this with his own eyes.
