To me work at professional level and sticking to your words with respect comes hand in hand and Tom is all that. Mistakenly I told Tom my shed is 8 foot long ( turned out double of it)....but without even stating the wrong size (thus wrong quote) and complaining about it...Tom and his friend continued the work to complete satsifaction. VERY fairly price and VERY PROFESSIONAL work done at the said day and given time.

Quick response and repairs. Advice given was also very fair .

Tom came out at the agreed time and quickly worked out the work needed. Once agreed he came back the same morning to complete the work and also completed a few extra small issues (eg broken tile) for free as well. Would recommend.

Reasonable quote given. Work carried out in a professional, efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend Tom Smith.

Came on time & sorted out the guttering in no time at all. Pleasure to deal with.

Arrived on time, explained clearly and did a good job on the roof repair which he did while on site. Excellent.

Responded very quickly to provide a quote and arrived the next working day to complete the job. Very helpful and friendly but rather expensive.

Really good workmanship. Came quickly, provided a very good price for the job. Repaired same day. Really nice guy to deal with. 100% recommend to anyone. Really appreciate a good worker

Arrived within a few hours of the quote and did the work right away. They quoted the same price as others so I was happy with the price. The work was carried out within a few hours and they seem to have done a great job "The roof not leaked although it has not rained heavily yet". I would recommend tom for roof/drain/gutter repair as very happy with speed, cost and quality of work.

He came at short notice. He assessed the work and advised me on what the options were and gave a reasonable quote. He cracked on and did the job same day I asked. I found Tom very friendly and polite and would recommend him.
