Saad is a legend, he came late in the day as requested to disconnect the hob allowing me to crack on safely with the worktops. He popped back once I was finished and got it all back together. My flatmate met him on his second visit and she said he was a really nice guy and super efficient as he checked our faulty radiators and advised what we needed to do to remedy that too. A real pleasure to meet him and would 100% recommend.

Excellent work from Saad installing my Nest thermostat. Was very quick and efficient keeping me updated and informed along the way. Very professional and neat work completed. Guided me through how to set up and use the new thermostat and gave some proactive and very helpful advice on my boiler and radiators. Great communication via phone and email beforehand and arrived on time. Overall a very nice guy and a would certainly recommend! 5 stars! Thanks Saad

Saad was excellent, prompt, friendly and polite and did a fantastic job.

A massive mistake to hire this plumber. Gave him the job to do the plumbing for a full refurbishment job. he came for 1 day to prepare the job and remove the old boiler then he told me he will continue the work after i find a builder to do chasing and digging as he didn't have the tools for that, i eventually found a builder after couple months and ask him to start the job but he told me he was going on holiday and have 3 days to finish the work. that was impossible as the house was getting gutting out therefore i eventually gave the job to the builder. he send me a bill of £1500 for effectively removing the old boiler and visiting my house for 1 day which i refused to pay Then the nightmare started, constant harassment by text , emails, calls , etc... that has endured for nearly 1year and half. He took me to court and failed to justify that extornate bill eventually got awarded £500 , which is what i offered to him before going to court. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT HAVE TROUBLE ON YOUR HANDS FOR YEARS!

Saad repaired my boiler, did a very good job, friendly, carried parts so he could repair it the day he came.
