10/10. FROM INITIAL CONTACT TO FINISHING THE JOB STEVE WAS PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND DONE EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD. STEVE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEN FACED WITH A COUPLE OF HURDLES TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE. GREAT WORK, WELL PRICED AND LEFT THE AREA CLEAN WHEN HE WAS FINISHED. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Can just recommend to get your plumbing and heating work done with S m Cox. Steve was able to do the job with only one day notice. He discussed the matter with us when he arrived, so there was no misunderstanding. All done as expected and looking lovely.

Steve responded quickly. He was courteous and communicated well, letting me know what time to expect him and he let me know when he was running late. He was happy to come and look at what needed doing and offer advice. He completed the job efficiently and repaired previous poor workmanship from another plumber. I am very happy and would use him again. Thankyou .

Steve was extremely professional from start to finish. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently and the site left in a clean and tidy manner. He was always on time and worked a full day. Was so glad to have found Steve. He arrived at the agreed time and completed the work to a fantastic standard and wasn't concerned at all when he realised that there was more work than I had intimated. Very knowledgeable, personable and respectful of someone else's home and left the work area spotless. Can't recommend enough and will definitely use again - well worth the (extremely reasonable) cost
