I chose Ross because of his existing feedback ratings and because his quote was correct for the job in question. I realised he'd be in demand and I'd therefore need to wait a few days but felt this would be better especially as in my case tenants were involved which adds a layer of complexity and has to be carefully managed. Ross communicated throughout with all parties and automatically sent pics for an extra issue which is always essential for work commissioned at a distance. He's completely professional and this was obvious when I hired him.
