Gave a competitive quote - arrived quickly - fixed issue quickly - took the time to do some additional general maintenance of the toilet (cleaned filter / replaced a bolt) - did a beautiful job of everything - cleaned up after himself AND THEN decided to knock down his already competitive quote since the job was easier than he feared?!!
