responded quickly, seemed a nice chap. Job took longer than expected because of a leaking bolt I spotted, but Renold sorted it out and reassured me there would be no further leaks and all would be in working order. Maybe needed to ask for a bowl or bucket to catch the water, but apart from that the job was done and I appreciate jobs don't always go to plan. Renold also bled my bathroom radiator and showed me how to adjust the pressure for the boiler. He made sure the bathroom was tidy and clean. would recommend Mr Perri and would use again. thank you

Renald came over to look at a leak through our bedroom ceiling. He thoroughly checked all possible causes before assessing that we had solved the problem by resealing the shower. Therefore he advised us that we do not need him to perform any work. He did a great job at short notice and was very customer focused keeping us in touch at every stage, with problems with old lead piping, and a leak in the bathroom.
