Jim came round straight away and gave sound advice on how to repair our garage facias. His quote was very reasonable compared to others I received, even though his repair was to do more work. He and his sidekick came on time and were finished by lunch - although some of the work couldn't be finished because of frozen tiles. I half expected, based on past experience with other roofers, to be chasing him to finish the job, but he came back as soon as the weather improved. I found that some of the tiles had cracked because they were frozen when the facias were fitted. Jim not only sorted these straight away but replaced a few others on my roof which had been broken previously - and at no extra cost. I found Jim's work ethic and pleasant demeanour a refreshing change from some of the jokers I've had in the past. I will definitely use this firm to do any other jobs and thoroughly recommend him without reservation.

Jim was a professional through out the job and gave me sound advice on what actually needed completing. He was thorough and completed the job in great time and at a good price. He used quality materials and explained the job step by step. It helped that he was thoroughly nice guy to talk too as well. Five stars all the way.

Job done quickly and efficiently

Jim was really friendly and professional. he installed my polycarbonate roof and I'm very chuffed with it. He arrived on time (even though I was out) he carried on working and got the job completed in a few hours. Very pleased. Thank you once again.

Good job done replacing all wood fascia and guttering. The quote was very reasonable and clean up after the work was tidy. Needed to call Jim back to move the porch drainpipe, which was resolved quickly and efficiently. Many thanks. My house looks great for selling now :)

James came around quickly and gave us a quote. He stuck to the quote and we haven't had any problems since. It was expensive for 1 hour but at least it's fixed now.
