I can't praze Roof Inprovements UK enough,when John came to see what was wrong,he told me what was wrong and how he and his staff would fix it. The time scale was 2 or 3 days infact it was only 2,thanks to the weather, all done and dusted.He quoted a fair price + a 5 yr guarantee and i was kept well informed on all aspects of what was happening on the roof. For me it was a no brainer job done, very pleased with the work that was done,thank you John.

John and his team are professional and did an excellent job. On inspection my roof was in need of replacement due to severe damage. John explained each step to me and provided videos and pictures to explain the work. At each stage he was honest and understanding about the financial implications of a new roof. I never felt pressured to make a decision and I believe he gave me sound advice. One evening during the work the tarpaulin was loose due to bad weather - his team attended the house within an hour to repair , to keep the house water tight. Work was completed quickly ( new roof within a week ) just waiting for the scaffolding to come down. John spent a lot of time explaining and was always contactable via phone or txt during the work. This gave me confidence in the team doing the job. Many thanks would recommend for others

Excellent service for Joe and his staff. made contact via My Builder at 9 am contact with Joe within the hour and the job was completed within 4 hrs. The repair to the roof (6 slate tiles had moved) along with a structural review of the general condition of the tiles was extremely helpful. Overall, very pleased with their work, it can be difficult to get companies interested in the smaller jobs, but this was not the case with this company

Done a good job on the front side of roof and replaced gutters (both sides). One at the back needs seeing as water drips by the lounge door during wet weather.
