    checking drain
    very helpful and excellent work. they were able to unblock the drain, which required a lot of work and were very fair and reasonable with the quote. They also assisted with other minor jobs around the house. Definitely would recommend!

    Leaky roof

    A great job despite the snow and weather being against us. They were flexible with the time and dates. The job was completed in a very quick time. Flashings fixed and gutters cleaned and found other bits that will need doing later, which is good too know.

    Something not quite right with the guttering!
    Did a great job - in and out and solved the problem. Spotted another and did that at a better price than Dyno Rod as well - also quickly. Didn't actually meet him because it was all so swift and efficient!

    Replace flashings and fix missing tiles

    If there was 'Very Positive' I'd select it. A fantastic job despite the snow and weather being against the schedule. They were flexible with the time and the job was completed. Flashings fixed and a new roof with felt and slate also installed. Great team of guys and very well organised. Definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

    Leaky roof into communal stair well
    2 jobs: Fix leaking roof & repair bathroom leak into the flat below (water coming through their roof). They potentially fixed the leaking roof absolutely fine. However the bathroom leak was another matter. They never found the problem although coming out twice making various repairs. There were a series of faults that were re-repaired by someone else at a later date. The third time they were supposed to come they gave a million excuses ( car break down, phone broken...) & eventually stopped returning my calls.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I think there has been a bot of confusion here, we only done the roof we gave the tenant a number for a plumber we met on a different job, WE DID NOT DO THE PLUMBING!! there fore this should be POSITIVE feedback, please sort this out with your tenant as we cant get feedback for a job we did not even do, we did the job as described leaky roof in communal stair well

    Supply water pipe repair/replace
    Ended up hiring someone else to come and finish the job who used a threading machine to thread the pipe correctly and seal the pipes.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    This is not the full story! Your next door neighbour was very abusive, threatening and rude WE DO NOT send engineers to site where there is a chance they might not be safe. We was ment to return to complete the job but i said i would not work for your neighbor due to this reason and the pipe was in his garden no body goes to work to be abused and fear not getting paid. And its not that i didnt return to complete job you asked me not to!!! a threading machine may have been used but the pipe in the Condition it is in, will not last so there for a threading machine is a tempory fix and here at the roof and drain company we do our jobs properly and done and dont believe in tempory fixes. So i hope that the problem does not return soon!

    Leaking Flat Roof

    Turns out it wasn't the roof which was leaking however Scott advised what the problem could be. As they were reasonable priced I hired to tidy felt on flat roof and re-align a small section of guttering. Would use again!

    new plastic roof

    Scott and his work collegue done a great job on my roof. They managed to work it around my day off so I didn't lose time from work. Very pleased no more leaks....and covered for 3 years for any problems thanks again lads....
