Wesley quoted for and sorted out the problem needing minimal supervision, promptly, keeping me up to date via text/Mybuilder messages.
As it has yet to rain (typical!) I cannot confirm whether the leaks are fixed, but Wesley has assured me the work is under warranty and I have no reason to disbelieve him when he says the works they have done will have sorted the problem.
My only comment is that I have noticed quite a bit of debris from the gutters lying in and around the (small) front garden, evidently where it has fallen after being removed. Ideally, I would have preferred for this to have been carefully removed by whoever carried out the work, or at least put in my garden bin.
However, the works were carefully carried out around the front garden, which I sincerely appreciate.
