Great communication, very knowledgeable and managed to fit us in even earlier than initially planned which was great with rain being forecast. Would not hesitate to use again and have already recommended to our neighbours.

Wesley was very prompt regarding the work that needed doing . I was pleased with the standard of work when completed and his team even arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled. Overall very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.

Our experience of roof professionals has been nothing but a massive amount of stress and disappointment.They didn’t start when they agreed, when they did the work took longer than expected (this happens I understand)the team barely worked a 4 hour day for a new roof, they didn’t hire a skip so the entire roof was just dumped in our back yard which stopped us from accessing the rear of our house (the excuse was that our road was too busy but we’ve had a skip before and other houses do it), the team damaged the flue for our boiler so on Christmas Eve I woke up to no heat and no hot water, they did get British Gas out but we did warn them that our flue was being knocked as they were throwing debris across our roof, we had to wait for them to send a clean up team, we’ve had them out several times to repair the roof which is still leaking and nobody has been back. They forgot to fit the down pipe on the guttering which was left in my garden. Wesley was hassling us to pay him the rest of the money before the work was completed which is just not a way to conduct business. We had emergency roofers out during heavy rain to make our house water tight and they commented on what a bad job they had done. Wesley hasn’t been to inspect his teams work. I have all the photos and all the message between us and Wesley. I’m hoping after seeing this review that someone will come out and fix the leak on our practically brand new roof and I don’t have to see them ever again.
