Very good communications and the job was well done. I needed some repointing doing as the house is 20 years old and the mortar was coming loose. The guys were able to do the job in a good time and had some tricky bits along the way. I would recommend,

28/1/22 Amended review as original removed in changing overall experience rating from negative to neutral: Positives: Ryan, Kyle and the onsite team worked hard when they were here and put a shift in to see the job through. Roof professionals removed the cost of repainting the ceiling and walls from the final balance with prompting and after a lengthy discussion was able to provide a reasonable warranty for the work completed. The roof now appears water tight and the house is much warmer. Areas for development: This job had several issues, most of which came down to poor communication, covid, distance from Turvey and material shortages. These issues included material management (recycling of slates and insulation installation), requesting payment outside of the terms, minor damage to external render, a large leak and subsequent water damage, timeliness in starting, progressing and finishing the job. Initally Wesley was fantastic at keeping in touch however this dropped off sharply before the job started. It was one of the most expensive quotes and did seem to under deliver. There may yet be an issue with condensation in the roof space.

Ryan and the rest of the team on-site just cracked on and did a really thorough job, with Wesley coming in at various points to make sure it got his seal of approval. It’s always appreciated when tradespeople not only do the job but leave everything properly neat and tidy afterwards. Roof Professionals are a very well named company and you can see why they get great reviews.

I would definitely recommend Roof Professionals. Wesley came out promptly to quote for the job, and the staff who worked on site were very courteous and left everything clean and tidy. They’ve done a fab job installing eave trays and spikes around the property and also made good the areas on the roof that needed repairing and repointing. The gutters and down pipes were cleared out too. Great job!
