Work done to a good standard, good communication and would be happy to use again

Hired Wesley for chimney covering, and gutter cleaning. Very good communication Polite and respectful Very pleased with the work already recommended to my neighbour.

Removed and Rebedded my Ridge Tiles. Professional job and left site clean and tidy.

Guys were very polite and helpful and got the job done very quickly. Very happy with the work as it is something I have had other people out to do previously and they did not make a good job out of it. They talked me through what the problem was and what they have done to ensure it will not happen again in my lifetime Communication was good the whole way through and would have no problem getting them back if I ever need further roofing/guttering work doing

The guys came on time as promised by Westley, fortunately it was a simple fixing back of an end tile that had worked lose or by the local pigeons... All in all pleased with the service from the guys. Would use again if needed and would recommend 5/5 *****

Wesley'was quite enthusiastic and persuasive when quoting for the job. and the price deems reasonable But the way the job was done was disappointing. The team did not tun up on either of the two days when they said they would - on the second day they were several hours late, and I was a bit surprised at how quickly they finished - they were in a hurry to get away. Wesley himself did not appear at all on the second day, so he has never inspected the work of his tradesmen, nor did I have an opportunity to show him the mess they left behind. I definitely got the impression that my custom was not very important to them. It is difficult to know with roofing work whether a good job has been done because I do not know very much about it, but i was prepared to give the team the benefit of any doubt and paid in full. But overall the team's performance was characterized by poor punctuality, a general lack of care, and inadequate supervision, hence the overall neutral score. I had also engaged the team to fit anti-bird protection to my roof solar panels, but after they did not turn up at all on the appointed day, I cancelled the contract.

We liked the professional approach with this company - video recording taken of the work before quoting, clear outline of work written down, and great communication throughout. The type of job changed at our request, and this didn’t prove to be a problem. The workmen were very pleasant and hardworking, and left the garden neat and tidy. The price seemed reasonable and we were very happy with the work. We’ll definitely ask them to quote for further jobs in the future.

Swift visit and great quote, team turned up and really did a thorough job! As well as being friendly! All guttering, soffits and fascias looking tip top! Will use again!
