Wesley was friendly and professional on the phone, was able to come out and give me a quote even though I was at work. He offered the best quote received compared to competitors, and also had good reviews so I chose his company. His roofers came out to do the work a couple of hours later on the same day and we're also very friendly and professional, they came well prepared, the work was done quickly and looks great. His roofers explained what they did for the repair, how they did it and why it was important, it was good to know the work behind it rather than just knowing that the problem was fixed. I called Wesley to settle payment and he provided me with an invoice by text, which was great and I was able to pay straight away by bank transfer- easy peasy. Roof looks great, great service, would use company again.

Wesley and his team were 1 of 3 I got to quote (not all from my builder) and although not the cheapest quote he defiantly was the most professional. The guys either showed me pictures or invited me to look at the roof at several stages of the work that had been completed and overall the job looks good. The only very minor negative was that although they had cleared up 90% of their mess they had missed some of the mess from mortaring the gable ends. The proof is in the pudding so I am hoping this work has fixed the leak, only time will tell but I have confidence in the work undertaken. All round really pleased.
