Overall a good and prompt service. Quote was competitive and the guys doing the job were friendly and on time. As with anything there were a couple of niggles but nothing to stop me wanting to use Wesley Smith of Roof Professionals Direct and his team again.

Wesleys team were friendly, professional guys who were quick to get on and complete the job. They were flexible in their approach, adapting the job as required, to ensure the guttering was left in the desired state. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

This firm were wonderful I was left by someone else with a completely open roof Wesley came over his firm started straight away l had suffered a leak through the roof left open which soaked one bedroom not only were they courteous and polite I cannot praise them enough they even took the soaked carpet away for me. If you ever want a good job done this is the firm for you. Thank you Wesley and the gang at roof professional direct you saved my life

Good communication with Wesley from the start and general repairs carried out as promised although the finishing on some over hanging lead work was a bit sloppy but Wesley got onto this and it was rectified. I did have to chase up the written guarantee but have now received this which gives me peace of mind and I have been assured that it is transferrable so the property is now covered for the duration of the 5 years even if sold on. The repair works appear to be of a good standard and the leak through the roof into back bedroom has stopped. Of course, a harsh winter will truly test these repairs. I have been assured by Wesley that any future problems will be rectified immediately. Overall, I am satisfied with the repairs and service I have received from Roof professionals direct and will use their services in the future if my current repairs stand the test of time!! Completed a good job, massive improvement, and looks great. I would give them a solid 8 out of 10. Pros: Arrived on time each day. Old roof removed and disposed of swiftly. New roof installed as agreed with all new timber, gutters and boarding. Self contained working - just got on with it. (No disappearing to other jobs) 2 men 2 ½ days as estimated. Cleaned up at end of each day. No loud radios, shouting or excessive tea drinking. Sorted out a couple of other small roofing jobs at minimal extra cost. Good comms with Wesley, kept me informed - fair handling of issues (no arguing - just resolution). Cons: Problem caused by men standing over door opening caused brickwork to crack and bowed door frame - left me with a job to reinforce frame with angle iron. However, £100 discount applied as compensation. Rubbish left on neighbors roof.

The two men who carried out the work on the roof were friendly, efficient and helpful. They also carried out a couple of other minor jobs while they were here. All rubbish was removed. I would definitely use this firm again.

This job was to install two velux windows. Wesley seemed pleasant enough when he came round, had all relevant documents to hand, all so far so good. He was a bit disparaging of other roofing companies, but they that's business, right? The first alarm bell rang when he said we would not need to involve building control, but would not put it in writing. On calling the council, we found out we did need to involve them as we were making a new opening in the roof. Further conerns were raised when his payment terms were by 6pm on the day of completion - not normal for most builders. However, we orgainsed building control and everything seemed to be going smoothly until we tried to ask Wesley when he wanted building control round. Then the communciation stopped. No answers to texts, phone reception was always 'poor' so he couldn't hear us and then less than three days before the job was due we got an e-mail from his office to say that a project had overrun and that they would not be coming. No mention of re-scheduling, simply the insulting statement of 'Please feel free to accept the alternative roofing companies quotation to complete your installation request'. This has now completely thrown the project as I now have to re-schedule the plasterer, joiner, decorator and building control at my cost. This guy is a cowboy, don't hire him!
