I am pleased to say my small job has been completed. [Small leak in roof] Wesley was polite and explained what would be needed to fix our leak and a quote was sent by email clearly saying what work was included. He sent two guys who completed the work, they worked efficiently together and cleared up afterwards. When asked they were happy to say what they had done, I will not know if the problem has been fixed until the next heavy rain but my instincts are they have done a good job. From what I have seen I would be happy to recommend Wesley and his team, and finally payment was asked for by bank transfer after the work was completed which I personally find a pleasant change from cash deals! I would use them again.

Job done today, we are pleased with the repairs to chimney looks very professional, and a great deal better than it looked before.

Wesley responded very quickly to the job and was very friendly and informative however even though the job had a change of plans and did not go ahead He was understanding and i welcome using him in the future.

Pleased with work done, replaced guttering to stop leak and fixed a area of roof. Guys very nice and cleared up after.

The work was carried out in a timely manner and the quality of the work was just as described during the initial visit. Very pleased with the final finish. One small issue was the delay in receiving the guarantee, this has now arrived and it sounds from the company that they had some staff turnover issues. That said Wesley did return my calls/texts promptly and was very apologetic for the delays. Would recommend this company, and would use again if needed.

I had quite a lot of work done by Roof Professionals Direct. Everything was completed to a high standard. I even received a generous discount after an unavoidable delay to the start of the work. I would certainly recommend Wesley and the roofing team.

Wesley is a true professional! He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about roofing and what needed to be done to resolve problems we had with a roof which was leaking in so many places on a newly acquired property. He gave an honest opinion and advice on what needed doing and a very competitive quote. He even advised that we didn't need a new roof as our tiles were still good quality, a new roof would obviously have benefited him due to higher cost!! He and his men were at the property early on the date agreed and worked quickly and tireless, completing the job ahead of schedule. His commitment and passion for what he does, as well as his professionalism shone across. He went over and above what he had agreed to do when they took the tiles off and realised our roof didn't have components they should have had to help prevent leaks and also missing bits on parts adjoining neighbour's roof which couldn't have been seen on an inspection and he dealt with these issues at no extra cost to us!! We must say that he and his team have been awesome and blown us away! They really took the stress of this project from us and we cannot recommend them enough!! As for quality; it's excellent - we've had a few episodes of rain and no leaks and people who have seen the roof before and after the work have commented on how beautiful the roof now looks. We really have nothing but praise for Wesley and his team for a job brilliantly delivered!!! We have certainly found a roofer for life!!!

Wesley came out to my property to assess my roof on 7 September. (Another firm I short listed sent a quote without seeing the property!) He gave me two courses of action, traditional and dry ridge, together with two different prices and their associated guarantees. I had never heard of dry ridge so he advised me to check it out online after he had gone, which I did. To fit in with the other houses on the estate I chose the more expensive traditional method. He said he had a team in my area on 12 and 13 September, and we agreed the job would be done on the 13th. Once the man doing the work arrived he pointed out a tile below the chimney that wasn't quite in the right position, and said he would deal with it. He then went straight up on the roof and began immediately. Wesley arrived shortly afterwards, to see how the job was progressing and make sure he was happy with how it was being done. I had to go out to an appointment and offered to leave the house open for them to use the toilet and get drinks, but Wesley was happy for me to lock it up. When I got back the job was completed and they had left. I emailed the lady in the office and said I had a query about one roof tile. Wesley got back to me early the following morning to explain what they had done, and I was quite happy with his answer. To summarise. Wesley knows all about roofs. It is also obvious that the men he employs know about roofs. Hire them with confidence. Thanks, Wesley!
